Shattuckite is often called a stone of reconciliation. It is reputed to have properties of assisting with reconcilation and renewal. Shattuckite is also used to channel information, particularly from extra-terrestrials; and it is used for automatic writing. It is said to calm the mind and create harmony. Even those not usually sensitive to the energies of stones, often feel the energy of Moldavite because it’s undeniably powerful. New crystal alert! I picked up a few new stones/crystals for the collection. Earlier this week I was grabbed by some Vesuvianite. This stone feels smooth and soft. I always find it interesting how something solid can feel soft. Meditation with Vesuvianite will be going down soon. Right Now I have been focusing in on Dalmatian Jasper. The pattern reminds me of a Cheetah or Leopard never an actual Dalmatian puppy. The energy is interesting and fun. The best way I can describe the Dalmatian energy sensations is: Picture your hand balled into a fist jasper being held within, imagine a infinity symbol around your hand and the energy is flowing-following the pattern of the infinity symbol outline. Now imagine two infinite symbols in a X kind of pattern with energy flowing through the outline of the double figure 8. Also seemed to be directing my attention to the root chakra in an magnetic kind of way. Carnelian I have heard much about and it was mentioned to me last night so I decided I have to pick some up. The Limonite Quartz caught my eye with the mimosa orange stained exterior. Quartz clusters are my go to lately, I just can not seem to get enough of them. There is an interesting story to how I came into possession of this stone. I was in Miami for a few weeks enjoying myself. I decided to walk around and see if anything caught my eye for purchase. As I began to cross the street I had a clue to what I would experience in the immediate future. The thought ” You are going to find familiar energy but It wont be like your used to” So right after that thought crossed my mind I looked up and I see a crystal shop… Nice I thought. So I go inside and look around at the fairly large collection of stones. The crystal shops I usually go into are very relaxed and allow you to handle/inspect the crystals however you please. This shop was run a bit different by one lady who I assumed owned the shop. I grabbed a stone off of the shelf and began to hold it … soon after the owner of the shop was on my back asking if I wanted to purchase. I first asked If she herself own crystals and calmly explained how I would like to feel them before I buy. That was enough to keep her off of my back for 20 seconds. She continued pushing me to buy so I again repeated what was said earlier, Id like to touch and look at the crystals before I buy. She did not accept that as an answer and continued to press the issue of what if other customers come in, as we debate in this store very alone. At this point I simply said okay put the stone down and left. There was no point of me staying my mind couldn’t wrap itself around the idea of the owner forcing me to buy something of a spiritual nature. The whole day and night I thought on it. The next day it came to me that I should really go back and try again with the intention of teaching this lady what I thought could be a valuable lesson in patience. Clarity was my second agenda. The thought of someone else being in the store on my return came to mind and not to my surprise there was a new person in the store once I returned the following night. I walked in intentionally with a few Macy bags, just to give off the perspective that yes I do have money and spend. Maybe she thought I couldn’t afford the stones. Either way I walk in and the new young lady that was there was more than helpful showed me stones let me hold them, didnt mention buying anything once. So as I hold the angelite stone I feel the presence of the owner as well as see her in my peripheral vision. She walks up to me and says oh your back again, maybe you buy this time. We immediately begin the exchange of sharp aggressively toned comments to each other in the nature of Me -“You cant force anyone to buy things” … Her -“You touch touch touch buy you no buy” in her deep latin accent. I began even pleading with her saying why are you making it such a difficult experience for me I have bags of clothes I can careless about, I just want to buy a stone.” But there was a breakthrough… In a flash like moment I understood why there was conflict. I was used to a different treatment in other stores but that did not change the fact that this is her store and her policy is different. Once that settled in I said okay I will not touch any more. I followed my word but I surely stayed in the store for about an hour pointing at each and every stone asking for explanation before purchasing two Shattuckite stones. I found it effective. The same night I saw a shooting star while in deep breathing meditation holding the piece below.
