Jamaica to Open First Cubensis Lab

While many Americans are familiar with the current decriminalization of marijuana, few are familiar with the decriminalization news of “magic mushrooms”. This year both Denver and Oakland decriminalized the magical plant due to it’s very low toxicity rating and positive health benefits (particularly for it’s natural anti-depressant and anti-anxiety purposes). In fact, in recent news man countries have begun to globally accept this fungal plant as a benign spiritual healer.

Scientifically known as Psilocybe Cubensis , this type of mushroom has been known to be used in early African and South American civilizations. For example, the Aztecas were known to use psilocybin for religious and celebratory purposes. With hundreds of years of research and knowledge of how our predecessors used magic mushrooms it’s long overdue that countries begin putting more money into research and teaching of this fungal species.

In recent news, botanical research firm of psychedelics Field Trip disclosed that they were building a 3,000 sq. ft. center at the University of West Indies (Mona, Jamaica) dedicated to magical mushroom research. According to reports, this would make Jamaica home of the first center solely dedicated to the benefits of this enigmatic plant.

“One of the goals is to build a library of psychoactive fungi and developing scalable commercialization options,” said Jafferi. “We know of a few alkaloids based in these mushrooms but there’s a lot we don’t know yet.” 

Aside from developing its research lab, Field Trip also plans to open a series of clinics in Toronto, New York, London and Los Angeles where doctors will be able to prescribe ketamine and monitor patients seeking mental health treatment, Jafferi said. 

He added that unlike cannabis, which can be used as medicine in an “as-needed” basis, there is already documented research from the 1970s that suggest psychedelics are an effective treatment for mental health when they are prescribed in a controlled and safe setting. 

“It’s not that far out for us to see doctors prescribing some psychedelics for a particular mental health disorder,” Jafferi said. “

Giant Golden Buddha

I’ve been thinking and getting more encouragement to begin sharing some of the good stories I have in the book of life. Many of them experiences everyone can relate to and some not so relatable one of a kind. I think I will be doing a podcast “Introducing the Cube” and I want to start the first episode talking about that one time my friend Jenny surprised me by bringing me inside a temple in China town that I’ve walked past every day after eating a handful of mushrooms. I like the way the audio sounds on iPhone so I may wing it from the good ol X for now but either way be on the look out for the cubes.

Be Metaphysical: Am I Pushing The Limits?

I wanted to document some of what I experienced during a ‘magical ‘ meditation session last night. After a wonderful skype session with my friend Bria I decided to go into some deep thought. I watched the thoughts come and go before I really focused in on the issues that were on my mind. Recently my Grandma passed so I wanted to dwell on some good memories of her and just relive moments. That went very well and brought me closer to the closure that I have been reaching for.

So after I made it pass most of my earthly concerns and pondering I wanted to do some Astral travel/ Energy work to see what “eye could see”  and feel being I was in a great relaxed state mentally and physically.  

I grabbed a few stones/crystals  specifically Shattuckite, Lapis Lazuli, Quartz Pointer and Citrine programmed them with the intention to do as stated above astral/energy work. Put them all under my pillow and laid down and began my sequence of focusing on breath rhythm and seeing the light form in the darkness of my eye lids.   I Have been reading a book called Ringmakers of Saturn, they have said there is actually humungous ships that are actually  filtering the “Rings” of Saturn. Having previous experience of seeing foreign planets via dreams/meditation methods I wanted to try to go “see” for myself.   I began my planetary meditation method and vaguely  the Rings to the left of the planet came into vision … I specifically wanted to see the ships that were filtering the rings. Knowing that  thoughts are what control the astral body to a certain degree ( a bit deeper than that ) I “thought” to see the ships …. thats when a sudden rush of fear came over me.  It really came out of no where I was not scared or fearful previous to that thought. Right after this sense of fear came over me  It was a very intense shake in my body….. which jolted me out of my meditation and basically back into my physical senses.  Right after that happened I was in a whoaaa  state of mind and had a dominant thought it my mind that I was being tracked…. A few minutes after I just fell asleep. That thought stuck with me all day. Today was gloomy/weird being i’m trying to figure out all this cosmic astral stuff  while doing normal life task like shopping for cashews, bananas and getting the car washed.   Im not sure if I can fully explain what happened yet but I did ask for some guidance on this one  and I was led back to a book that started it all  written by Sylvan Muldoon and Hereward Carrington. I think some of the answers I am looking for are in there.  I will not be trying to go back to Saturn anytime this month at least.  This is the second time I have been denied access to a place .. this time im not sure if it was denial but it felt like i got kicked out.  Ill continue posting my meditation experiences writing them out helps me remember and learn more. My Journey Through The Magic Mushroom Portal

InFocus247- Journey Mental trip saw one of the most beautiful train stations in the middle of the jungle the train tracks were gold or the reflection of the tracks looked gold from the sun reflecting off of them, After going through a combination of  lights and shapes it seemed to be a transitional stage kaleidoscope like effect going from place to place soon after i was climbing up what seemed to be a tree but it was very tall it lead into the sky it was so tall. Once i climbed high enough i saw i was able to see a very beautiful river/ocean the feeling gave me a rushing sense of happiness and I felt my heart expanding it made me take a deep breath it felt as if I were there. The next sensation or urge I felt was to jump, so  i jumped off  of the tree into what seemed like a sky dive  i remember  two entities flying after me I felt a brief thought of fear as if I weren’t supposed to jump but water was below so I reassured my self I was ok but not only that… I can fly  so I began flying I flew under two  bridges and then remember soon after standing by some steps and something or someone told me to go up the stairs and  I didn’t want to but it insisted I do so I went up. I remember three sets of doors I was allowed in the first two, it felt as if I was following two people. I tried to go in the third door but it was blocked by a a dark dense energy. I remember trying to penetrate the door twice but it pushed me out. The feeling was almost like I was a magnet and there was a second magnet in the door so when I pushed to go in mentally I was pushed back out. I was fascinated with being limited yet confused why i could not enter this door. I noticed  that the door formed into a scorpion like purple being and I remember telling it I’m not afraid of you but also getting the feeling that it is not about fear but about respecting the boundaries of sacred places I may not be ready to experience yet. It stung me on my right leg and I felt in the physical part of my body after the initial sting it sent three to four jolts in my legs.  I turned around and began moving away from the door/scorpion entity then the same entity(I think) that insisted I go up to the doors helped me go back down the stairs and told me I don’t belong here you do not know what you are doing open your eyes and return. I opened my eyes and I was back.

Only observe don’t be so quick to in force your will on the astral plane until you fully understand the effects of doing so.

Saw a labyrinth of flowers but I chose not stay inside  and I flew above it

The concert of peace and free energy

Breath is like the singing bowl  a steady consistent pattern and rhythm you will be able to feel a steady vibration also raising it as well

The first sound I remember hearing was a gong it struck me as weird being I was in Brooklyn and no gongs were near by to my knowledge but I felt as if I was in two places at once and now feeling the sound/vibration of the second place I’ve seemed to meditate into.
